Anatomy is a Church Management tool that empowers churches to effectively care for the communities they serve. The heartbeat of Anatomy is to help churches leverage the advances of technology in touching the lives of the many that they are called to reach. To this end, Anatomy is designed to assist churches in fulfilling their responsibility as shepherds of the flock which has been entrusted to them.

 

The Anatomy application is designed primarily for managing the information on and around the members and visitors of a church.  This includes the types of involvement that they have with the church (such as roles, courses, ministries, etc), their family and relationship information and counselling information amongst others.

 

Besides the management of information, Anatomy provides tools for managing meetings with attendance tracking, managing resource bookings, as well as follow up management.  Follow up management is a tool that assists administration and ministry workers to follow up on requests made by members and visitors, helping to reduce the number of people that “slip through the cracks”.
