The Check-In Manager is an application that allows you to manage the entry and exit of children into the children's school, people into and out of events, meetings and courses.  It also creates a quick interface for you to manage event and course registrations, enabling people to register via a quick user interface that can be hosted on a computer screen at a door or information desk.

The check-in process uses a business rule engine to enforce various rules for entry and exit, specifically for children.  For example, only a parent or guardian of a child can check a child into Sunday school or childcare, ensuring that regulations for dropping a child off and collecting again are properly enforced.

• Enforce entry and exit rules for children at Sunday school or childcare
• Record attendance at Sunday school, courses, events and meetings
• Allow for the use of barcoded member cards, or magnetic card strips and other identification techniques
• Show photographs and family relationships at check-in, to provide visual validation of identity
• List the people inside the meeting, event, course or other at any stage
• Allow for people to register for a course or event with the swipe of their card, creating a fast and efficient information desk system
• The possibility of a self-service station which can be unmanned, but allows people to register in a modern and efficient manner.
